These are people around or important to Stonereach. Any PC can have heard their names, and can gather this basic information them. Any name marked with an * (asterisk) is a PC, or former PC.

Queen Sambryl
The recently assassinated Queen of Impiltur. She ruled from Lyrabar.
King D'Nard
Was crowned King after the assassination of Queen Sambryl. His rule strongly follows a merchantile design. He rules from Lyrabar.
Lord Palin Montague
Lord of the town, widely known as a Holy Knight of Ilmater, and a low ranking member of the Twelve of Impiltur. He sailed in and assumed control over Stonereach after the riots.
Lord Julianos
The late Lord of Stonereach. He was assassinated in his home. He was a cousin to the late Queen Sambryl.
Lady Natalie Julianos
The quiet daughter of Lord Julianos. She went missing during the riots.
Lord d'Aermaine
The last noble of his line, he went missing during the riots and is assumed dead.
Lord Stendrahl Toullouse
Head of the local Toullouse house, he's known for being a buisiness man and having dealings often with common folk. He went missing during the riots, and is assumed dead.
Lady Rose Toullouse
A common woman Lord Stendrahl Toullouse took as his bride. They have one young son. She went missing during the riots with her son and is assumed dead.
Mikhal Ford
Was an advisor to the late Lord Julianos. He was arrested and escorted back to the capitol by imperial guards.
Laurick Goodmanner *
High Priest of Siamorphe, head of the local temple in her name. He is very vocal on the Church's political stances for or against those in power in the town.
Commander Vastonne
The former Commander of the Queen's Men. He was assassinated in the night in his office. He was known for being exceptionally cruel, and not caring about the common folk.
Commander Appolyon Swift *
Former Commander of the local Queen's Men, appointed after the late Commander Vastonne's death. She was among the first to die in the riots. She's noted for requiring torture of most who came into her jail.
Carrdrin
Head Priest of the Morninglord in the local Temple of Lathander. The temple is known to provide for the poor of the town. The Lathander temple is widely blamed as the cause of the riots.
Giacomo Seingalt
Proprieter of the Everflame Tavern, a respectable place in the center of town.
Talia
The only tailor in Stonereach, she fancies herself something of a fashion designer.
Dreddek
The local armorsmith comissioned to operate at the settlement.
Lillian
A hin that sells odds and ends in the town center.
Finch
A scroll jockey wizard that peddles magical wares from the town center.
Gerry Watson
A reasonably successful importer of weapons. He is a foriegner and sells his wares from the town center.
Gordon Libbey
A local gem merchant, who buys and sells valuables related to gems. His shop is on Queen's Lane.
Griswald and Mirabell
Griswald runs the Frothing Otter with his wife, Mirabell. It's a somewhat shadey tavern outside town.
Abby
Daughter of Griswald and Mirabell. She helps her parents run the Frothing Otter, but has taken to exploring and visiting the Temple of Sharess in her freetime.
Heather
Priestess of Sharess. She owns, funds, and runs the local Temple of Sharess.
Lilwyn Jestice *
A Holy Knight of Ilmater from Lyrabar, she is head of the local Militia.
Tallic Varcs *
A priest of Lathander, he is second in command of the local Militia.
Morridem Goldenmir *
Head of the not-exactly-local Mage's Guild, named the Guild of Seven Stars.
Mikaela Smith *
Founder and Head of the prestigious Blue Wolves Mercenaries and Mercenary Academy, based in Stonereach.
Allie *
Head of, The Shields, a mercenary group which was origionally based in Stonereach, but moved out of the town with the Guild of Seven Stars. They have a standing contract with the mages. They are hired as extra hands by the Commander often, usually for jobs involving the mines.
Commander Solomus Obidaion *, aka the "Kitten Saver"
Weaponsmith, he owns a smithy shop on Woodpoint Street. He is noted for being dead at one time, suspected of illegal activity by the authorities, being a general "good guy", and housing the local orphans. He was named Commander of the King's Men by Lord Palin Montague after the riots.
Gene Tallows *
A local hin enchanter, she owns a shop on Woodpoint Street for all things magical. She's most often noted for hunting for odd items requested, such as orc heads which are almost larger than her.
Captain Jack Silver *
A former captain of the Sea of Fallen Stars, he runs the Winking Nymph in town which is a bar on the lower level and a brothel upstairs. Aside from being a very entertaining and friendly man at his bar, he's notedly hired other people to really run the place and keeps his buisiness personal.
Angela
Local fortuneteller. She runs her buisiness from her home.
Gneiss Stoneshield *
He claimed the ruins of an old dwarven mine and attempted to establish a dwarven presence, but has been missing for a long time and is presumed dead as he was elderly. Possibly allied with Skallagrim. Also noted to be an accomplished armorsmith.
Nick Silvers *
A local moneylender and guide. He seems to run his buisiness out of the Everflame Tavern, and seems a bit shadey at times. More than once he's come back to town beaten and bruised by bandits or the like.
