If the skallagrim want their village back the players have to get it done. We need to set an event date for the battle vs. the giants. Post weekend dates that work for you (or weekdays and another DM can supervise it).

Sundays after 7pm. Any day of the week, except Friday. or Saturday if that wasn't clear.
So basically, like this:
Sunday: Any time after 7pm
Monday: Anytime, just need to know in advance.
Tuesday: Anytime, just need to know in advance.
Wednesday: Potentially playing PnP, so potentially anytime, just need to know in advance.
Thursday: Anytime, just need to know in advance.
Friday: If it's going to be over by 10pm EST, then anytime, just need to know in advance.
Saturday: Impossible.
These times are all EST.

I think sol has the rest of this week/weekend claimed, and monday night, so anytime tuesday night or after next week/end?

Puckle was considered an honorary Skallagrim at one time, he used to hang out with the npc you can hire and stuff.
Would he be eligible to participate in the Skallagrim stuff?
